Tips for Submitting

  • Please do not make your entry sound like a promotional piece for a particular piece of technology and/or vendor. Our judges tend to grade low on entries that contain much "marketing-type" terms.
  • Be sure to provide quantitative results/examples in your entry.
  • When referring to a submitted product or service, please do not use the terms "first" or "only" unless there is no doubt that the distinction is accurate.
  • Please be sure to submit all of the materials that have been requested. Each step of the ballot must be completed for an award to be accepted.
  • Please only submit the requested materials. The ballots are designed to provide all necessary information and additional materials will not be submitted for judging.
  • Please follow the provided word counts as closely as possible.
  • When requested, please be sure to provide all of the technology enablers/providers that are a part of the submitted deployment or project as well as a contact at the company. All companies with a solution that plays a role in the submitted deployment will be honored.
  • Please note that, with awards that are presented at an award ceremony, winning companies or winning individuals must be in attendance to win the award. If a corporate adopter is not in attendance, the entire award, including any given to technology enablers or partners, will be rescinded.
  • A representative from a winning individual or a representative from the winning company must approve the ballot and provide a signature on the ballot where requested.
